Agile Funding is an important way that System of Care supports families in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.

What is it?

Funding for family-identified needs which are not covered by any other source. This funding is available regardless of the family’s insurance. You are welcome to submit a referral for any youth whose health will benefit from receiving items and services purchased with these funds.

Who is Eligible?

Any youth and family in need who is currently residing in Multnomah County, Clackamas County, or Washington County, regardless of income, age, or citizenship status, and whose social determinants of health will be improved by receiving funding for specific items and services, which cannot be provided through other funding sources. Social determinants of health (SDOH) are the nonmedical factors that influence health outcomes like access to housing, nutrition, food, transportation, medical supplies, and more.

Prioritized Populations:

Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, and LGBTQIA2S+ youth and families are prioritized in the distribution of these funds.
